Productivity.

I don't stop working. I just, get less productive.

Over these last weeks, I wrote a thousand words. A post with pictures, videos and eloquent metaphors about corporate level time management to convince the world why it was awesome.

Obviously it wasn't very convincing and it sent me into a spiral of misery. I'm not a writer and I never will be. Because I got a C at English GCSE.

So I scrapped it. OK I 'archived' it but the point is, it's off my mind.

Don't be precious with your work.

It took some exceptional tutors to help me understand that.

Bottom line. Positivity > Productivity > Awesome.

Regarding the reality of drawing lines between work and play? Sometimes all it takes is a few steps back. A conversation with a tutor.

And sometimes it's a trip to the cinema. Because nothing gives you back your soul like The LEGO Movie with someone special.
